Allow users to integrate with a public BenchApp API.

One of my teammates has a jersey number “00” and we can’t put his jersey number in the app.

Hard to figure out roster vs spares and their fees. Spares have fees that show up but roster don’t Spares need to be manually invited to each game? Can’t they just join?

Would like to schedule events across multiple days. For example we will in a tournament a few months out, but won’t get the actual schedule until week off. I’d like to get RSVPs on the multi-day event to get a good headcount, payment, etc.

i get emails every day 15x at a time about calendar changes that are not occuring on my league sync, ive asked you guys about it a lot and no one fixes, i am considering quitting can you please advise a fix?

I am unable to see the history of broadcast messages I've sent for the season. it hasn't been working for the past couple season.

Can you please fix the broadcast UI on android? It is unusable, the "new" and "send" buttons are obscured by the battery/signal and wifi indications on the phone.... I mean, the top right corner is a dumb place for it anyway... but it being obscured makes it almost impossible to create or send a broadcast.

it'd be helpful to add options such as setting which day you want to see as the beginning of the week (currently it's set as sunday which confuses me sometimes since i'm so used to seeing monday as the first day of the week), a week view and also changing the time between 12h and 24h systems so it's more automatic for, for example european/non-american users

During calendar updates in Calendar feeds events are properly detected as duplicate however when the actual import/update occurs the events end up duplicated. This makes the calendar feed sync feature unusable. Please fix as this was my only reason to get a Pro subscription

Complaint: Season start is a mess. BA publishes instantly so my guys get multiple messages; you're added, schedule update and (the WORST) is Finances. Ideas: This needs a solution. Here are some ideas: 1 Maybe you could have a Draft / Prelim mode and a Publish mode. I could create a new (Draft) Season with Roster, Schedule and Finance, then review it, then hit Publish and my guys get one notification. 2 At a minimum, you could have a template upload for Finance (as you do for Schedule). In my case, we collect deposits upfront, then I create the season in BA. Each guy pays differently (cash, etransfer, etc.) and some pay the minimum while some pay in full. BA forces me to enter each one manually. And it immediately updates the player (one for deposit and one for balance). Its crazy. Some of these guys jump the gun and say "I already paid" and then 1 minute later they get the second transaction. Unnecessary noise. To set-up BA ... I modify my payment spreadsheet (aka a template) and then refer to it to manually enter the Deposit and Balance transactions and update the status (paid / not paid). Two transactions, thirty guys, four teams, four times a year. That's over a thousand separate data entry events. Aggravating. Maybe there are other options? Life is too short for manual data entry. But with BA Finances its a problem. We like lots of things about BA. It really helps. But season start-up is hard. I've already written about the lack of a registration process (BA waits until I have a roster and schedule). We need an effective season start-up process in BA for rosters, schedules and finances.

BUG FIX NEEDED: Custom Duties: Volunteer Snack Selection/Score Keeper Currently in our Pro League account, we create a duty for all events like snack or score keeping, however, we really want this to be all events individualized. For snacks it should be each individual event per team. One parent bringing snacks for one team only and another team parent can sign up for their respective team. Currently it has one parent auto filled for both teams for that event/game. For score keeping we select all events, however what we really need is all events individualized. Currently if a person signs up for score keeping for that game, it auto fills them for the entire season. This would be such a huge game changer. Right now we had to opt to signup genius for these tasks just to avoid this confusion for this upcoming season.

Allow players to have more than one position. For example, a goalie could also play forward.

Dark mode for the app.

When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

Allow a player to choose between IN, OUT and MAYBE.
