Where is the edit of the score sheet after I made a mistake??? (i know I can fix it manually on the roster section totals, but want to edit the scorecard again? And the stars of the game????

Having a pre pay required function that would act like the spare list and would accept them once they have paid or manually by a manager. this way certain players that struggle with remembering to pay their fees, or for new members you dont know. this would make it so managers dont have to always manually add them in as long as they pay through benchapp and would generate revenue for benchapp by encouraging more payments through the app.

This isn't an idea, it's something that needs to be fixed. For my March 12th game (for North Toronto Lunch Time Hockey) bench app sent me two check out emails (I can send them to you if you want) when the players checked in. When this happems, I don't know whether the player is IN or OUT....I have to spend extra time tracking down the players. Please don't tell me that these players have some kind of email issue on their end, both have been successfully checking in and out for several years.

When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

Don't allow players to check-in to any games/events (both spares and regulars) if they have outstanding fees. Make this a toggle setting that a manager can turn on or off.

This app is atrocious. First thing you need to improve before working about adding features is make this App actually function properly without crashing. This app constantly crashes and force closes. PLEASE FIX this IMMEDIATELY

we expect our players to arrive 60 or 75 min before games, depending on league or tourney and where we are playing. if we could add this in other than in notes it would be great.

Player game dues should be automatically added to the ‘checked-in’ regular Roster players, similar to how it’s currently done for Spare players.

Automatically apply game fees to the regular Roster players that are ‘checked-in', similar to how it’s currently applying for checked-in Spare players?

Hey - I used to be able to filter and organize in the roster by number of games played. I run a pick-up skate and the ability to do this was very helpful. It appears that isn't an option online anymore, and I am hoping you can add that functionality back again. Thanks, Steve

It shows that our team has 15 roster members but the pitcher doesn't show. If i set his position back to ANY he shows up but when I put it back to Pitcher he disappears again.

In the past iteration, when viewing the web version, I could have my list of those who are In, Out and on the Waitlist side-by-side, so in one snapshot, I can see how many guys are in each bucket. After the newest version was pushed through, I can no longer do that - all three categories are in one long, continuous scroll. With the update, you eliminated a helpful feature. Can we at least make this a View option?

When I go into a player's profile, since they are youth most do not have emails and the 'Email' button is greyed out, but parents are below with a contact. It would be good for Youth teams if that 'Email' button would send an email that goes to both parents (or more in case of parents who have split and have new partners). Right now, we have to go into each parent, copy their email address and create a new email separately. When we go into 'Broadcast' it would be good also to be able to select the player and have both/all parents included when you do that, rather than going down and remembering that Player has 4 parents that need to be included in an email. Sometimes family members can get very angry if someone forgets one person. Another option could be to perhaps have it so the Parent/Guardian spectators are under each player (not grandparents/uncles/next-door neighbours) -- you could even have a toggle on the broadcast select recipients page to see spectators or not.

Hello, we cannot invite spares to games anymore. Keep getting an error saying an invite cannot be sent at this time.

Would it be hard to add in an 'Attendance Summary' page for manager-level and coach-level users? Or even a summary on each player, to show their attendance to events. If anything, a basic line on each player that shows their total attendance for every event, total absents, and also total times they didn't put in their attendance. My ideal 'ask' would be a summary page that shows things like: Games - Attended 18/30 - Absent 8/30 - Not Set - 4/30 and then the same stats for the other events like practices, scrimmages, etc. Right now, we are manually going into each player, looking at their attendance history and adding each up. We'd use this for helping with problem attendance, who deserves more playing time, or effort levels for future seasons, etc.
