Currently, Spares can join the waitlist before they are invited. The auto-waitlist feature only works if the team is at capacity and someone drops. I would like spares who joined the waitlist to be "auto accepted" once we reach the automatic spare invite setting date. The way it works now, I'll have a spare say they are available 6 days before the game, that places them on the waitlist. Then invites go out 5 days before, and it's first come first click so that spare who checked in early is "skipped". I have to send out a "how BenchApp works" email multiple times each season to the people on the spare list explaining that checking in early is pointless. So then I have players asking if we can change the time of the auto-invite because people who are on their phone at that time get preferential treatment.

On gameday, we're spending a lot of time managing the invitation of spares. We typically reach out to preferred spares first before going down the list. It would make things easier if: -My spares could be ordered from most to least desirable -Players ( the correct number based on min roster count ) would be auto-invited based on the previous order. ( lets say 2 spares are needed on gameday in this example ) 2 invites would be sent to the first 2 spares ( preferred spares ) and the txt msg would also include "the first x spares to respond will be playing". -If those 2 players don't respond after a set amount of time, the next 2 players in the list are sent the invite. -When the spots have been filled, the invited spares that did not respond receive a text that their spots have been filled and they are uninvited.

Allow players to have more than one position. For example, a goalie could also play forward.

Notify a manager when a player was previously checked IN but then they check OUT.

Allow players to enter and maintain their emergency contact information.

Allow the manager to set a minimum number of roster players before sending spare invites.

Have the option to make multiple spares lists so that you can send notifications out to different lists at different times. First list being the Regular/Preferred Spares list, 2nd being the infrequent spares list, 3rd being the anyone I know that can tie a pair of skates because we're desperate for players list! I have a lot of people on my spares list, some players are very infrequent but I still want their contact info on my roster. If I could create multiple spares lists it would allow me to set my regulars to get an email on day 1 (7 days out or so), regular spares get an email 3 days out, infrequent 2 days and panic spares list on the day of if the roster isn't full.

include a column in the roster page and in players info to tell the manager who has a jersey and socks to keep track of who has what. Keeping track of jerseys is sometimes a problem

it will save me from Cancelling on March 31 for 3 groups and again cancel for 2 groups June 30 and 1 group Aug 31. We use the App to manage our pick up hockey. Not a league. Would you consider one annual subscription per user?

Invite spares, but they can only go on waitlist or check out. They the captain can accept spares as needed from the waitlist and sort by date added to waitlist. This gives regulars a set time to check in or out and if they are not answering or if team is short then captain can accept spares who would get a notification of acceptance

Only allow spares to join until a minimum threshold of total players is reached (rather than a maximum as it works now). Context: I have 12 kids on my baseball team, and need spares if I won't have at least 9 players. I don't want to invite spares if I'll have 9+ players, and I don't want roster players to be forced to join a waitlist. It would be great if there was no limit on roster players, but spares are only auto invited/accepted if the total amount of players is less than some minimum

hello, I play slowpitch softball and we use this app. We love it! i was wondering if it would be possible possibeto adjust the position settings.. our team does not utilize a rover and center field, but rather a left center field and a right center field. Would it be possible possibe to add a setting that this can be adjusted? thank you, Christian Martinez

Chat feature is kind of broken. My whole team only shows a spinning circle like the message feed is loading but it never loads. Cant see past messages
