  1. β€œNO SHOW”

  2. Team Sponsorship

Provide an option for a team manager or a league to partner with sponsor(s). Since BenchApp already allows a logo to be added for branding it would be additional sponsor opportunity to include a logo and marketing slogan to team Dashboard and/or all email messages

  3. Add jersey options to the game calendar

Our league designates home and away teams, and we have light and dark jerseys, It would be awesome if we could just populate a jersey into the game description (light, dark, green, blue etc) like maybe add a jersey library (locker) to your team so you can designate the jerseys you have and assign each one to a game. FX: my softball team had 3 different jerseys - so being able to put in the location, time, and jersey for each game would be helpful

  4. The new Finances menu is terrible - confusing and hard to navigate - is there a way to go back to the old one.

The changes that you've made to the section for tracking and recording Finances and who owes money for what is terrible. it was the main reason that I paid for the pro version. It's not worth paying for if this is what it's going to look like and I won't renew.

  5. Drinks don't track season over season

Let's say we have auto assign drinks on. That works within a season, but we have 12 week seasons that just keep rolling. Is drink counts reset each season the auto-assign function imbalances who gets assigned drinks. There should be a way to manage this. Perhaps a global drink count list (which has a Reset button btw). Or a "Start with X" for auto drink assignments per season.

  7. Mark multiple spare fees as paid at once

Instead of paying $10 spare fee every game, spares often send lump sum payments after a few games, say $40. It would be nice to just be able to enter a single $40 payment (and the date they paid it) and have it spread across / mark multiple fees as paid, instead of having to click into and out of 4 separate payments and mark each as paid (it's sooo many clicks). If they owe $40 and pay $30, apply to the oldest payments first, including partial payments, i.e. owe 4 $10 spare fees and pay $25, mark oldest 2 as paid, and 3rd oldest as $5/$10 paid.

  8. Custom Profiles Attributes for Team

Would be great to be able to add custom attributes to team profiles. So If you're part of a team and they want your favorite beer flavor, its collectable and visible.

  9. Allow Inline Video from Hosted Sources (like youtube, etc)

It would be great to be to be able to post video links from sources like youtube and have them playable directly within the app in a functional way. I know you guys dont want to be in the business of hosting video, but it makes us either have to A) convert clips to gif B) host them separately and post them...

  10. Share future season SEPARATE of current season

When at the end of one season but prepping for the next season, I need the ability to share a separate QR code for the Summer versus Winter season. I dont need the new season subs to engage in the current season. Now I have a huge sub list for the winter and they dont need to be listed.

  11. Allow multiple positions per player

Allow players to have more than one position. For example, a goalie could also play forward.

  12. Allow player payment through no-fee software like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
