When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

I love this app, it’s been really cool using it for our league. It would be sweet if we could visualize the playoff bracket and update the series score for each matchup.

Please update so players can update/correct their poll responses. Many players accidentally click a response while scrolling and are unable to correct their responses.

A short term option that allows a weekend tournament to be organized and tracked as subdivisions. 16/32/64 teams in various divisions. We run a benefit event every April and raise funds for youth hockey and skater scholarships.

Allow a player to choose between IN, OUT and MAYBE.

Allow a manager to group players into specific groups to allow messaging by group.

Send game cancellation notification via text message. Currently the message is only sent via email. I always send a follow-on text message, but it would be great if this were automated.

Create a place to put general info that’s easily accessible. There’s so much chatter that anything posted is buried after a day. Bulletins can be tough to find. For example: league/house/team rules, important web links, important numbers/contacts, etc.

Many of our players play in multiple leagues and teams. When I send a broadcast email, it doesn't by default include the league or team name. It would be nice if this were included somewhere by default so people aren't confused which team they're being contacted about.

is it possible to require a new player sign a one time waiver once before checking in? I only require them to sign it once to cover all future skates

It seems that even as a league manager, you do not have the same ability as staff/manager permissions on the team level. For example, it doesn't seem like a League manager can add logos and customize other functions like the team manager can. I was able to correct this by adding myself as a team "staff" role, but then I am listed under the Roster and cannot remove myself (team manager can). Another example - it does not appear that I can generate a team code/QR code for onboarding players within a team unless I am a member of that team. Would love to standardize the defaults for new teams as far as notifications/drinks - seemingly no access as league manager. League wide broadcast is web-only it seems? I don't seem to see the option in mobile. We are onboarding our league into Benchapp this year and finding some of the lack of abilities from an administrative perspective lacking. Also, editing a player (as a league manager) seems to show no email/phone, even when one is imported? It seems that may change once they are confirmed, but when hunting down bad email addresses, etc., this is problematic.

All people who like their beer COLD would benefit. Beer thrown from refrigerator to a cooler a few hours prior crushes the soul; and morale. Presumable we have some people on the team that don’t really drink beer- they’re complying to fit in and they hand out barely cold beer after the game omg wtf Is that duty customizable? Could it be?

Recently, I noticed when a push notification comes thru, if I try to see the preview of the message from the locked screen, the notification disappears. Doesn’t appear in the queue of my phone either. Just poof gone.

In previous versions, when I printed out my lines for a game, it would show at the top of the page whether we were HOME or AWAY. ln the new version, this was removed. If I don't remember to check, we have no idea which jerseys we're supposed to wear without asking the other team (our main rink has almost no mobile reception and I don't bring my phone into the dressing room anyway). Please bring this useful bit of info back. Thanks.

Our polls, bulletins, and other admin type messages are quickly buried in the chatter. It would be great if we had a separate chatter that only admins can post in and then the all open chatter for general discussion. OR the ability to specify who can post when creating a new chatter. There also needs to be an option to select “everyone” when creating a chatter that automatically updates as new players join.
