  1. Allow player payment through no-fee software like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

  3. Add a playoff bracket!

I love this app, it’s been really cool using it for our league. It would be sweet if we could visualize the playoff bracket and update the series score for each matchup.

  5. Correcting Poll responses

Please update so players can update/correct their poll responses. Many players accidentally click a response while scrolling and are unable to correct their responses.

Please bring back visibility of player handedness within line making. It was there before the app was updated.

  7. Send cancellation notification via text message

Send game cancellation notification via text message. Currently the message is only sent via email. I always send a follow-on text message, but it would be great if this were automated.

  8. Bulletin board

Create a place to put general info that’s easily accessible. There’s so much chatter that anything posted is buried after a day. Bulletins can be tough to find. For example: league/house/team rules, important web links, important numbers/contacts, etc.

  10. Broadcast emails should include team+league name

Many of our players play in multiple leagues and teams. When I send a broadcast email, it doesn't by default include the league or team name. It would be nice if this were included somewhere by default so people aren't confused which team they're being contacted about.

  11. Signed waiver before check in

is it possible to require a new player sign a one time waiver once before checking in? I only require them to sign it once to cover all future skates

  12. Ability to create different everyone chatters

Our polls, bulletins, and other admin type messages are quickly buried in the chatter. It would be great if we had a separate chatter that only admins can post in and then the all open chatter for general discussion. OR the ability to specify who can post when creating a new chatter. There also needs to be an option to select “everyone” when creating a chatter that automatically updates as new players join.

  14. Provide User's Status In/Out/No Response at Multigame Level View

It would save me a lot of clicks if I could see my status for each game shown on the view where all games are listed. I have to click in and then back out to see if I have responded to each game. I just want to scroll down the list and be sure I responded to each and what response. This should apply to single or multiple team views. Love the app and it has made our lives more efficient! Thanks!

  15. BenchApp MCP Server

Consider adding a MCP server so team managers can use AI assistants to query team analytics, summarize attendance, create schedules, and automate routine tasks. This would help managers gain insights into their teams and spend less time on administrative work.
