  1. Player Confirmation for New Season

I run a summer hockey league and, at the start of each season, I need to collect confirmation from each player indicating whether they intend to participate in the upcoming season. Participation is capped at 20 players per season, so it is important to confirm availability early and efficiently in order to fill the league to capacity. A confirmation feature that allows league administrators to request and track player confirmations, ideally with a cap once 20 players have committed, would significantly streamline this process and reduce manual follow-up.

Allow players to have more than one position. For example, a goalie could also play forward.

  7. Team Randomizer

Both leagues I manage are "shinny" or pick-up ice times. Both are run a bit different. One league we draw cards in the room to make new teams each week. The other, I use a randomizer online (I apply skill levels to each player, and do 1 draw for D and 1 draw for F's), and then we do a "3 week series". Since there is the whole "Edit Lines" screen, is there a way to assign a ranking to a player, and have a button that can randomize teams based on skill levels? Would be an excellent feature to build in!!

  9. Link to USA Hockey Reg Database to confirm USA Hockey Reg #

It would be neat to automatically pull in USA hockey registration numbers for the team. Lookup based on email or phone number / state or whatever. I think this would also save commissioners a ton of time in checking each player. Imagine they would pay a little bit for that time savings. It's only a once or twice a year deal, but annoying to do.

  11. Allow managers to set lines without showing players

Currently if I update lines to try to figure out who I want to play a game, all the players can see this. I want to be able to plan lines before making them viable to the team. Even before publishing lines, everyone can see the work in progress

  12. Allow managers to see log history of players check ins, outs, waitlist. Not just the last action time stamp.

As a pickup manager I would like to see when a player gets added to a roster or waitlist and any changes to that players log history. For example if they waitlist and then get added to the roster and pull them selves off for whatever reason, I would like to see the time stamps when they added themselves to the waitlist and when I added them to the roster. Currently I only see the last action, in this example the Check Out. Having access to the time history of a player can be useful is some scenarios.

  15. Having “TBD” be an option for game times

I’m in a situation where there are a number of games in our schedule where both the venue and game times are “TBD”. Essentially it’s a placeholder. The date is set but they are waiting on confirmation for venue and time. I can manually enter “TBD” for the location but I am forced to select an actual time slot. Additionally dates for playoff games are set but the game times are dependent on final standings at the end of the season. This would be another occasion where “TBD” for game time would be useful. Currently I am just modifying a game time to be something highly unlikely (e.g. 2:00 AM) to denote it is “TBD”. Not a great option as that can be easily overlooked.
