I have had about 6 instances where I get a notification (I am a manager with the team) that a person has checked out and they actually haven't checked out. In BenchApp itself, it sometimes shows that they they are checked out and sometimes it shows they are still in. A bit of a pain, as I will get a spare for someone that actually wanted to play. It seems that I have to check in with that person outside of BenchApp to see if they are actually checked in/out.

all links and associated parents as spectators or guardians are erased and have to manually be setup each new season. as Part of rolling over the roster keep the linked parents, guardians and spectator links.

trying to set my UTC as edmonton which is -6 but it appears as -7. looks like most cities are off by an hour as well. this results in google calendar being incorrectly syncyed (ahead by an hour) for game times thanks so much for looking into this.

When managing multiple teams we get a receipt for each team. But the receipt does not indicate which team it applies to. Please include some indication of team (or teams) with each receipt.

When importing a team, or multiple players, to a roster, allow having a column for the players' position. e.g. PLAYER or GOALIE

This would be beneficial because it would only allow people listed positions to accept the available positioposition instead of a forward taking a defence spot

I'd like to be able to broadcast the day before a session to all of those on the IN list AND all those on the Waitlist. That way when I'm telling them to drop or pay for the session by 6pm those on the waitlist would get that info too. Love the app! I pay for the Pro edition.

currently there is no way to show how rowers will set up in the boat as no sport has something similar. Dragon Boating used 20 rowers in 10 rows of 2 people then there is a Steersperson in the back and Coach/drummer in the front. There is an untapped market for rowing teams. Perhaps if the team can choose how many rows and how many people per rower it would be flexible for any rowing team to use.

Allow players to have more than one position. For example, a goalie could also play forward.

Notify a manager when a player was previously checked IN but then they check OUT.

When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

Allow a player to choose between IN, OUT and MAYBE.

Allow the manager to assign colors to home and away jerseys, and then display those colors on the games.
