For Shinny and Pickup organizers, I expect many of us have all registered players listed in BenchApp as one “team” and communicate the teams / game plan to the players on game day. Can BenchApp please automate this process in the app so a “Scrimmage” option can be selected and the otganaizer can choose or randomize teams and all players are notified of the upcoming game? My current workaround is to communicate with the team on game day by broadcast message with the details that divide the players into two separate random teams identifying what team colour they are, either dark or white and who their goalie is. This is a time consuming process and it would be great if this process could be automated by the app. I think this “Scrimmage” feature would be beneficial to many teams and pickup organizers. Thanks!

I have certain teams/group skates that are not my primary teams and the daily chatter isn't very important but it floods my notifications. I would love to have the option to mute or turn on/off notifications per each chatter channel individually so the notifications don't fill my inbox vs those select to keep up to date with.

Bug report - often when changing teams through the website using firefox, Benchapp reverts to the original team. This .. is annoying!

Revert to old UI. Is there anyway to revert back to the old UI? The new views are difficult to follow and they forces us to go at the bottom of each coming game to show ''in'' or waitlist or ''out''. old version is better with "Awaiting Responses" on the Right side, and not further down the page, as this is the most important info -Who has not checked in yet!! I wish there was a way to download photos put in the chat. I'm left taking screenshots which take away from the original quality of the photo.

When I first started using this website loved it. But now I get error message saying time zone changes. It wont let me send messages out to my team. I think I paid for bench app pro but it doesnt show on my desktop. It becoming clunky

While trying to add a thumbs up or something like that to a teammates chatter post, I sometimes have to do the Add a Reaction dance, up to three times before it stays up so I can pick the emoticon. Why is this? I'm using an Android phone and it makes adding a thumbs up messy and after one or two....I give up.

on this new version of BA I don't see a win/loss record. I could just be missing it, but if not could it be brought back?

Switch teams in web version sometimes does not work. black box says switching teams but often just goes back to same team.

Allow players to have more than one position. For example, a goalie could also play forward.

Notify a manager when a player was previously checked IN but then they check OUT.

Dark mode for the app.

When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
