When making lines add an option to write in a sub that isn’t on the roster or spares list. Doesn’t have to be just making lines just a place to pencil them in then put them on a line.

Currently, Spares can join the waitlist before they are invited. The auto-waitlist feature only works if the team is at capacity and someone drops. I would like spares who joined the waitlist to be "auto accepted" once we reach the automatic spare invite setting date. The way it works now, I'll have a spare say they are available 6 days before the game, that places them on the waitlist. Then invites go out 5 days before, and it's first come first click so that spare who checked in early is "skipped". I have to send out a "how BenchApp works" email multiple times each season to the people on the spare list explaining that checking in early is pointless. So then I have players asking if we can change the time of the auto-invite because people who are on their phone at that time get preferential treatment.

would be nice to have the ability to add and remove players from chats. That way when a player steps up to help run the team we don’t have to make a new chat every time

Add a new person to a chatter group after the group has been formed.

Some players are asking for a ride for every game and other players are not happy about it. Makes it easier if the option isn’t available

We have 20 roster players and 2 goalies who sign in or out weekly for our scrimmage hockey games. Interested spares join a WAITLIST. I want to automate and extend invites to WAITLIST players only not the entire spare player list the day before the game to fill vacancies, ensuring a full roster of 20+2 without manually inviting each player. This guarantees fairness in participation opportunities each week and avoid inviting our extended spare list.

Can you add a feature in that chat that can lock out/allow certain users to post. We have a "official chat" that we announce to that we would not like replying too .

On mobile click submit feedback, and get taken to the feedback page, then click Login with Bench App on the feedback page and it redirects back to the app but then keeps looping and feedback page doesn't open and app keeps reloadin constantly.

I have people on my waitlist weeks in advance and when it comes time to invite spares it does not just accept the people currently on the waitlist even though I have the accept from top of the waitlist setting set. people are able to get spots when the invites are sent out before the waitlist people are accepted.

There is no ability to upload .csv files to update player stats. We use another tool to keep the book for our baseball team, this tool produces an export file but within BenchApp the "Upload" option is only for player invitations via a data source.

Need to include a way to invite team members without using microsoft outlook. A copy and paste function with the code or gmail link, etc.

I cannot figure out how to delete a person from a group chat.

Please allow deletion of group chatters. Currently you can only archive it, which does not stop people for still using that chatter. The team managers should be able to delete a group chatter.

Hi There, Somehow in a recent update the ability to invite people to the roster by email invite has been lost. Please bring it back!

We make our teams each Tuesday-Friday morning using excel (copy/paste users checked in to an excel sheet, then choose white/dark). Right now, there is no good way to copy/paste users over to an excel spreadsheet. Can you make it easy so we can just copy the users to a spreadsheet without all the pictures/in/out/d/offense etc?
