I have had about 6 instances where I get a notification (I am a manager with the team) that a person has checked out and they actually haven't checked out. In BenchApp itself, it sometimes shows that they they are checked out and sometimes it shows they are still in. A bit of a pain, as I will get a spare for someone that actually wanted to play. It seems that I have to check in with that person outside of BenchApp to see if they are actually checked in/out.

Allow players to have more than one position. For example, a goalie could also play forward.

Notify a manager when a player was previously checked IN but then they check OUT.

Allow a player to choose between IN, OUT and MAYBE.

Allow the manager to assign colors to home and away jerseys, and then display those colors on the games.

Allow players to enter and maintain their emergency contact information.

Could you please disable players from changing the “No Show” option. Restrict to only Administrator’s/Managers

Add a separate notification for who's next on Drinks.

A way to have livebarn video recordings in app so the team can review/call-out timecodes to highlight learning opportunities or ask questions would be amazing. I get this is a bit more difficult as you'd need a business partnership with LiveBarn or something but in terms of connecting two amazing products together this would be a killer feature for one of your higher tier subscription models.

When a checked-in skater checks-out prompt them to verify that they want to checkout. Subsequent to the redesigned user interface, we've had a number of players accidentally checkout. We often have a waitlist for our group so these players lose their spot. They're unhappy and they let me know about it. Thanks for considering this enhancement. (As a bonus for this enhancement, enable the managers to see the userid of the person that performed the checkout, so the managers can then help the disgruntled skater understand that it was their error, assuming that it was.)

Multiple Answer Selection for Polls as well as the ability to change your answer

I have the issue with a lot of people turning off notifications because they don't want everyone else's comments. Is there a way to work it like Slack/Discord where you have a channel only admins/captains/assistants/managers can post on that forces notifications and then a "squirrel channel" where people can just talk and do whatever with that you can subscribe to or not. I know bulletins are similar, but they can still get lost in the mess of other people responding. Basically I want people to be able to see every official message I've ever posted, but not have to deal with everyone's chatter. Here are my thoughts on potential functionalities: Admin channel functionalities: -Only labeled managers & assistants can post, but everyone can heart/thumbs up/react -Forces notifications -Automatically added when you join the team Squirrel channel functionalities: -Anyone can post -You can "unsubscribe"/turn off notifications for this chat -Automatically added when you join the team

our rink has a rule that each player must play a min of 4 games in order to qualify to play in playoffs, if there's any way to add a feature where it doesn't invite ineligible players to the playoff games would help a lot. You have the game type already and you track games played. Thanks

It would be nice to be able to move the poll to the bottom of the chat. When multiple people comment after the poll is posted, some people miss that there is even a poll posted. I either have to create a new poll or message everyone to scroll up to see the poll.
