Allow players to enter and maintain their emergency contact information.

Both leagues I manage are "shinny" or pick-up ice times. Both are run a bit different. One league we draw cards in the room to make new teams each week. The other, I use a randomizer online (I apply skill levels to each player, and do 1 draw for D and 1 draw for F's), and then we do a "3 week series". Since there is the whole "Edit Lines" screen, is there a way to assign a ranking to a player, and have a button that can randomize teams based on skill levels? Would be an excellent feature to build in!!

When a player checks out, we invite a spare. If the player then checks back in again and the roster maximum has not been met yet, they could potentially take a spot from another rostered player that hasn't responded. It'd be nice if there could be an option to automatically put them on the wait-list until the rest of the team responds first.

Have the option to make multiple spares lists so that you can send notifications out to different lists at different times. First list being the Regular/Preferred Spares list, 2nd being the infrequent spares list, 3rd being the anyone I know that can tie a pair of skates because we're desperate for players list! I have a lot of people on my spares list, some players are very infrequent but I still want their contact info on my roster. If I could create multiple spares lists it would allow me to set my regulars to get an email on day 1 (7 days out or so), regular spares get an email 3 days out, infrequent 2 days and panic spares list on the day of if the roster isn't full.

For Shinny and Pickup organizers, I expect many of us have all registered players listed in BenchApp as one “team” and communicate the teams / game plan to the players on game day. Can BenchApp please automate this process in the app so a “Scrimmage” option can be selected and the otganaizer can choose or randomize teams and all players are notified of the upcoming game? My current workaround is to communicate with the team on game day by broadcast message with the details that divide the players into two separate random teams identifying what team colour they are, either dark or white and who their goalie is. This is a time consuming process and it would be great if this process could be automated by the app. I think this “Scrimmage” feature would be beneficial to many teams and pickup organizers. Thanks!

We have some players that alternate between goalie and skating out. We also have some players that sometimes act as our referee. It would be helpful to have the ability to quickly change their category status (Skater, goalie, referee) for individual members on a per game basis, rather than within their profile on a more permanent basis.

tTying to add a profile picture your app keeping error after error, or it says the file size I maxed but when I message your tech support if you call them that. They couldn't tell me what the max file size even is and had no idea about that much tech support... dust

Unable to post polls currently. Poll posting has worked fine in the past.

everyone would benefit from this, it seems intentional in the design of the app that there is an “error” after trying to disable notifications. I get so many emails it’s ridiculous.

Allow players to have more than one position. For example, a goalie could also play forward.

Notify a manager when a player was previously checked IN but then they check OUT.

Dark mode for the app.

When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

Allow a player to choose between IN, OUT and MAYBE.
