Some players are asking for a ride for every game and other players are not happy about it. Makes it easier if the option isn’t available

I have been receiving new Ride Share notifications when someone has been requesting a ride. These requests are for games that I am not even marked as being In or on the Waitlist for. I would expect to not receive ride share requests for games I am not attending.

When I want to add a new payment for an event (say for today) the events pop up only shows me options for past events and for next month onwards.When I edit payments later to add an event, two additional payment amounts are added which then need to be deleted.If using 'add multiple fees' on the phone app you cannot add a payment amount.When editing payments to add an event on the web version the events list doesn't appear unless you close the actual payment window In addition to this, I've been unable to log into the feedback site using my normal credentials (it takes me back to my team page when I've logged in) so I've had to use an unregistered email address to submit this report. It would be useful to have the chat window back for reporting bugs. The recent round of 'upgrades' has created so many as to render some parts of this app unusable which is unacceptable when it relates to premium features that I'm paying for.

Tried on chrome and mozilla, public and private windows. Neither work.

If I understand correctly, the Payments item shows payments from Stripe. But if we aren't using Stripe (from Settings) then we don't need to see this item. It becomes confusing seeing Payments and Finances. Our fee payments are recorded in the Finances area. Consider hiding the PAYMENTS side menu item if Stripe is disabled.

Please return to the old batting order print form, which was a list column one and two in descending order. Why would you make it side-to-side?

Our league designates home and away teams, and we have light and dark jerseys, It would be awesome if we could just populate a jersey into the game description (light, dark, green, blue etc) like maybe add a jersey library (locker) to your team so you can designate the jerseys you have and assign each one to a game. FX: my softball team had 3 different jerseys - so being able to put in the location, time, and jersey for each game would be helpful

If adding reoccurring duties to all events and requesting volunteers, it should not assign the volunteer for one game to all the games in that reoccurring duty series. It should only assign the volunteer to the one duty for that event they selected "assign" for. A scorekeeper or snack volunteer typically does not want to sign up for all. There should be an easy way to add a duty to games only, and for the person who signs up to only sign up for that one event.

Fix the unclickable area controls location when inviting spares through the app. Cancel and Invite are located under the time and battery charge symbol on Pixel6, latest droid version.

The current version of BenchApp does not allow me (admin) to edit player positions. This feature was available in previous versions. Chatting with the help system only said that this is possible when "adding" a player. Can you please restore this feature that used to be available and was very useful? Thanks.

When manually creating a new player, then selecting add family - parent before saving the players profile, it does not save newly created parents. It does not save selections of newly created parents for newly created players until the player is first saved. Then I can go back in to add new parents, or select from created parents.

I want to be able to add the duty of snacks / score keeping to apply to all games, but it only has "all events" and adds this to practices too which is not needed.

I used to be able to import players from other seasons and teams quite easily now it seems that it always says there’s an error. Can you please improve this feature and let me know if there’s anything I can do I’ve been using your app for many years thank you

I'd like to chirp someone's note sometimes. Should be able to reply to a note. For example, If a teammate writes a note as to why they're missing a game and I want to chirp them, I should be able to reply to their note. More team engagement. Thanks!
