A team general chat to help with communication across seasons/game days/ or any way people had structured their team. It’s quite annoying to have to send messages in multiple chats to get it across the whole team.

Right now it seems you can only select 1 team or all teams to view schedules. Adding a checkbox to select the teams would make a lot less cluttered and more customizable

When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

how do you add multiple entries of your child? There is no option to delete anything or properly edit your child as player and you as parent under them. I was added to my team under “player” and not my child

Could you please disable players from changing the “No Show” option. Restrict to only Administrator’s/Managers

Don't allow players to check-in to any games/events (both spares and regulars) if they have outstanding fees. Make this a toggle setting that a manager can turn on or off.

Provide an option for a team manager or a league to partner with sponsor(s). Since BenchApp already allows a logo to be added for branding it would be additional sponsor opportunity to include a logo and marketing slogan to team Dashboard and/or all email messages

When adding a player with only a phone number, text them a link to sign up.

Have the option to make multiple spares lists so that you can send notifications out to different lists at different times. First list being the Regular/Preferred Spares list, 2nd being the infrequent spares list, 3rd being the anyone I know that can tie a pair of skates because we're desperate for players list! I have a lot of people on my spares list, some players are very infrequent but I still want their contact info on my roster. If I could create multiple spares lists it would allow me to set my regulars to get an email on day 1 (7 days out or so), regular spares get an email 3 days out, infrequent 2 days and panic spares list on the day of if the roster isn't full.

Hey there, BenchApp looks promising but I’d love to see it support rugby in the sport list

after the most recent update, when I select the home schedule tab, the dates are not accurate. It showing the next week schedule instead of the most recent game that has not been played.

there is currently no way to turn off or adjust reminder emails for attendance. There should be a way to adjust timing or turn these off entirely. I don't want to have to block all emails from benchapp/send them to spam.

We are a multisport club, we use this for soccer and for rugby although the functionality for rugby isn't great. can you add rugby as a sport? i think that it may be useful to get awareness of the club out in the wild. can the lines be renamed to matchday lineup/ more general than hockey terms. 3.Could positions be added for the following positional categories; Forwards. Front Row (loosehead, hooker, tighthead) 2nd row back row (Blindside flanker, 8man, openside flanker) backs. scrum half fly half midfield - (inside center, outside center) back three - (Left Wing, FullBack, RightWing) Would need players to be able to tag that they are front row trained, and that they are capable of playing multiple positions. I could help you work it out if its something you guys are interested in adding

updated app and now it’s not working/ showing me the schedules for my teams

It would be really nice if you could quickly change you position from skater to goalie with a click. I have lots of guys on my pickup roster who play both so I have to switch them back and forth a lot. Thanks
