Currently, there is only one formation option. It would help our team to be able to use a different formation option -- for example: a 4 (Defenders) - 4 (Midfield) - 2 (Forwards) type of formation as another available selection to choose from.

Could you please disable players from changing the “No Show” option. Restrict to only Administrator’s/Managers

I have three classes of players (adult/beer league): Full-time: Rostered guys who paid for the whole season Regular subs (part-time): My go-to subs. They a play a lot but couldn't commit to the whole season. Hail-Mary subs: I rarely use these subs. I only reach out to them if I'm desperate and already burned through 1 & 2. What I would really like is to be able to have BenchApp automatically send emails/texts to my #2 group to get their status. Not so much "you are invited" but more "can you make it, if needed?" If these subs are available, they should go to the waitlist. Then on gameday, I'll have their status ready and I can just put them in if I have spots. I don't want to bug my #3 group via anything automatic, I'll just continue to reach out to them manually (if needed).

we love that we can track expenses and payments on the app at the diamond. When i get home I manually go through and mark down changes into our excel budget. If i could download this as a report i wouldn't need a separate budget, i could pull the report and send to parents and not need to do anything separate.

Allow max players to be set by gender.

Invite spares, but they can only go on waitlist or check out. They the captain can accept spares as needed from the waitlist and sort by date added to waitlist. This gives regulars a set time to check in or out and if they are not answering or if team is short then captain can accept spares who would get a notification of acceptance

looking for an easy option to roster a sailing crew + roles (instead of lines/positions)

When trying to create or edit a bulletin, app freezes/crashes almost immediately. Desktop version works for creating bulletins, but doesn't seem to be able to edit existing ones. Very frustrating.

Would be nice if BA could allow for a local copy of who has checked in / the lineup in case the cell signal or WiFi is non-existent. Last night couldn’t access any of that because BA decided to check in with the server and so app became useless.

When a league manager is moving players between teams, the relationship between players and spectators breaks and they must be re-linked manually. In pretty much all situations the players will need to be moved together with their parents, so automatically select the parents when a player is selected on the "choose the players to move" screen, and then preserve the player/parent links in the new team. This will save huge amounts of effort for league managers.

When creating a new team in a league interface, the team should inherit the league's configured time zone instead of defaulting to Vancouver.

When importing rosters, allow a way to indicate which spectators are parents.

App only allows for forward, defence and goalie (ball hockey which I assume is field hockey). Would like to have midfield as an option too, or even specific positions eg ledt wing, centre back etc

Allow players to have more than one position. For example, a goalie could also play forward.
