Provide a way to disable the waitlist for a league or an event. Use BA only for rostered players and goalies; do not allow spares non goalies to join a WL. Challenge is people sign up to WL way too early and never know if they can actually make it but they want a spot in line. We are tired of WL guys saying I can’t make it now, or looking at the attendance list and then saying they’d rather go to another skate.

Allow a team manager to customize the time that the RSVP emails and SMS are sent.

Both leagues I manage are "shinny" or pick-up ice times. Both are run a bit different. One league we draw cards in the room to make new teams each week. The other, I use a randomizer online (I apply skill levels to each player, and do 1 draw for D and 1 draw for F's), and then we do a "3 week series". Since there is the whole "Edit Lines" screen, is there a way to assign a ranking to a player, and have a button that can randomize teams based on skill levels? Would be an excellent feature to build in!!

Allow a player to invite a +1 to a game if they're bringing a friend or spare.

When a player checks out, we invite a spare. If the player then checks back in again and the roster maximum has not been met yet, they could potentially take a spot from another rostered player that hasn't responded. It'd be nice if there could be an option to automatically put them on the wait-list until the rest of the team responds first.

Don't allow players to check-in to any games/events (both spares and regulars) if they have outstanding fees. Make this a toggle setting that a manager can turn on or off.

When a player's payment is marked as paid, they should receive a notification that this has happened.

Have the option to make multiple spares lists so that you can send notifications out to different lists at different times. First list being the Regular/Preferred Spares list, 2nd being the infrequent spares list, 3rd being the anyone I know that can tie a pair of skates because we're desperate for players list! I have a lot of people on my spares list, some players are very infrequent but I still want their contact info on my roster. If I could create multiple spares lists it would allow me to set my regulars to get an email on day 1 (7 days out or so), regular spares get an email 3 days out, infrequent 2 days and panic spares list on the day of if the roster isn't full.

It would be very convenient if the Manual Callout feature allowed me to simultaneous select SMS, email and push rather than only being allowed to select only one type at a time

As a pickup manager I would like to see when a player gets added to a roster or waitlist and any changes to that players log history. For example if they waitlist and then get added to the roster and pull them selves off for whatever reason, I would like to see the time stamps when they added themselves to the waitlist and when I added them to the roster. Currently I only see the last action, in this example the Check Out. Having access to the time history of a player can be useful is some scenarios.

We use Scrimmage as it's a private group game, not a league. We'd like to have the features of Games on our Scrimmages. Three Stars voting and notifications Auto drinks notification and rotation Games Played stats Or change so a Game can be Dark on Light from the same roster.

I have theee teams on BenchApp and two are black on the calendar, one is randomly blue. I cannnot easily distinguish which team is which and have to click into every event. Is there a way for team captains to set a different color for each team in calendar view? Doesn’t have to be custom colors, just a simple selection like you allow for home/away colors

Summarise all expenses versus fees paid to establish financial situation of team. This identifies if more money is required. Alternatively, export all FINANCES to Excel where the calculations could be custimised.

When a checked-in skater checks-out prompt them to verify that they want to checkout. Subsequent to the redesigned user interface, we've had a number of players accidentally checkout. We often have a waitlist for our group so these players lose their spot. They're unhappy and they let me know about it. Thanks for considering this enhancement. (As a bonus for this enhancement, enable the managers to see the userid of the person that performed the checkout, so the managers can then help the disgruntled skater understand that it was their error, assuming that it was.)

Send game cancellation notification via text message. Currently the message is only sent via email. I always send a follow-on text message, but it would be great if this were automated.
