Having a pre pay required function that would act like the spare list and would accept them once they have paid or manually by a manager. this way certain players that struggle with remembering to pay their fees, or for new members you dont know. this would make it so managers dont have to always manually add them in as long as they pay through benchapp and would generate revenue for benchapp by encouraging more payments through the app.

This isn't an idea, it's something that needs to be fixed. For my March 12th game (for North Toronto Lunch Time Hockey) bench app sent me two check out emails (I can send them to you if you want) when the players checked in. When this happems, I don't know whether the player is IN or OUT....I have to spend extra time tracking down the players. Please don't tell me that these players have some kind of email issue on their end, both have been successfully checking in and out for several years.

Allow a player to choose between IN, OUT and MAYBE.

Both leagues I manage are "shinny" or pick-up ice times. Both are run a bit different. One league we draw cards in the room to make new teams each week. The other, I use a randomizer online (I apply skill levels to each player, and do 1 draw for D and 1 draw for F's), and then we do a "3 week series". Since there is the whole "Edit Lines" screen, is there a way to assign a ranking to a player, and have a button that can randomize teams based on skill levels? Would be an excellent feature to build in!!

It would be neat to automatically pull in USA hockey registration numbers for the team. Lookup based on email or phone number / state or whatever. I think this would also save commissioners a ton of time in checking each player. Imagine they would pay a little bit for that time savings. It's only a once or twice a year deal, but annoying to do.

Where is the edit of the score sheet after I made a mistake??? (i know I can fix it manually on the roster section totals, but want to edit the scorecard again? And the stars of the game????

Thank you for fixing the issue with seeing multiple teams in the schedule view at the same time. Unfortuantely, the view doesn't react well to resizing. If you have to fix the column widths, please make the information useful. As you can see in the screenshot, I can't tell the date, and have to guess on the time.

I created a new season for my team and for some reason it removed my manager role. Had another manager try to toggle it but it’s not updating. Then, after a game was added, I can see it under the “All Teams” view but not when I click into the team page. See screenshots. So it seems like the team is not syncing for me for some reason.

I used to mark some of my spares as half time and link them to a full time player so they would only be able to get a slot if the full time player was absent. This worked great for our purposes. I’m trying to do that again but I can’t find that functionality. Is it still possible to make players half time? If so, how?

I’ve tried uploading player photos to roster for player profile and I get an error. Looks like this was flagged back in 2023 but I don’t see a fix mentioned. I’ve tried from a desktop computer as well same issue. I get an upload failed or error message.

hi, we are a 22 player organization. Mix and match players for a scrimmage every week. Would it be possible to add scrimmage score sheets just like you have for regular games?

When poll or bulletin is first created everyone see it and participates in poll. As soon as it leaves main chatter area it tends to get forgotten. Would like to have ability to repost to chatter similar to bumping up a post in Reddit.

Let's say we have auto assign drinks on. That works within a season, but we have 12 week seasons that just keep rolling. Is drink counts reset each season the auto-assign function imbalances who gets assigned drinks. There should be a way to manage this. Perhaps a global drink count list (which has a Reset button btw). Or a "Start with X" for auto drink assignments per season.

The 1-10 player rankings don't save anymore. After the latest update, the ranking returns to N/A. So I can't easily balance teams anymore. Suggestion: there should be an 'auto-populate teams' option that would create the most even teams based on player rankings (and player positions)

As a goaltender, It would be a nice feature if we can record goaltending assists during the season.
