Allow a team manager to customize the time that the RSVP emails and SMS are sent.

Allow players to enter and maintain their emergency contact information.

As a team manager I would like to be able to set a priority level on my players so that the auto-wait list feature will accepted players based off the team priority in addition to the time they were put on the wait list. For example, being able to set full time roster players as P1 and part-time as P2, and using this to invite full time players first regardless of the order they joined the wait list

Currently if I update lines to try to figure out who I want to play a game, all the players can see this. I want to be able to plan lines before making them viable to the team. Even before publishing lines, everyone can see the work in progress

When adding a player with only a phone number, text them a link to sign up.

I run a summer hockey league and, at the start of each season, I need to collect confirmation from each player indicating whether they intend to participate in the upcoming season. Participation is capped at 20 players per season, so it is important to confirm availability early and efficiently in order to fill the league to capacity. A confirmation feature that allows league administrators to request and track player confirmations, ideally with a cap once 20 players have committed, would significantly streamline this process and reduce manual follow-up.

At the bottom of the app's home page is section "Apps" with entry "Training & Recovery". I'd like the option to dismiss this. I'm aware of the need to advertise your other apps, especially to freeloaders. But my team pays for their Benchapp account, so I think have earned the right to at least clear the ad after seeing it once.

Since Alberta is no longer changing daylight savings times, starting in November we're seeing an hour difference from the schedule in the app and our synced Calendars. Can you please let us know how to correct that?

When you click on quick score only 1 team shows up most of the time. If you keep clicking you can get it to work.

Currently gametimes are shown in 12 hour format while I have my system time set to 24 hour. Not the end of the world, but would be nice to have them synced.

My family is a user of the COZI app in Alberta. With the recent time change in AB subscription calendars are not converting to the proper time zone. In BenchApp the time is correct but when I copy the subscription link over to the COZI app it sets the time 1 hour in the future. TeamLink and RAMP converted properly.

Spare Invites Broken - Last few days - system not sending Spare invites and not letting me Nudge / Remind them. Weird since it worked two weeks ago (and even for last week's scrimmages) but didn't allow spares to Waitlist last week or check-in 2 days ahead of this week's skates. Carefully reviewed the Settings but didn't see any changes. This is a big deal for us, especially because the Thursday scrimmages are 50% Spares. Can you help?
