When payment is accepted through the app the fees can add up fast. For our weekly pick up game of just 10 players we pay $14.70 in fees a week. When you add in the $9/month for pro that comes to $67.80 a month. There should be a way for players to pay using the numerous no-fee payment services out there like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

It would be neat to automatically pull in USA hockey registration numbers for the team. Lookup based on email or phone number / state or whatever. I think this would also save commissioners a ton of time in checking each player. Imagine they would pay a little bit for that time savings. It's only a once or twice a year deal, but annoying to do.

LiveBarn integration
A way to have livebarn video recordings in app so the team can review/call-out timecodes to highlight learning opportunities or ask questions would be amazing. I get this is a bit more difficult as you'd need a business partnership with LiveBarn or something but in terms of connecting two amazing products together this would be a killer feature for one of your higher tier subscription models.

It would be great to be able to integrate BechApp with Discord, to be able to post new games, who has responded if they would join a game and even to integrate the chat.

Lock Attendees X Hours Before Event
Prevent players from leaving or joining the game without manager intervention when within X hours of game start time. Automatically Accept Waitlisted Players Once Invited
Currently, Spares can join the waitlist before they are invited. The auto-waitlist feature only works if the team is at capacity and someone drops. I would like spares who joined the waitlist to be "auto accepted" once we reach the automatic spare invite setting date. The way it works now, I'll have a spare say they are available 6 days before the game, that places them on the waitlist. Then invites go out 5 days before, and it's first come first click so that spare who checked in early is "skipped". I have to send out a "how BenchApp works" email multiple times each season to the people on the spare list explaining that checking in early is pointless. So then I have players asking if we can change the time of the auto-invite because people who are on their phone at that time get preferential treatment.
